Christian Blaha (M.A., M.A. Mus.) studied composition with Alexandre Hrisanide (a pupil of Nadia Boulanger in Paris), choral conducting with Louis Buskens and piano with Joop Albracht and Paul Komen at the Brabants Conservatorium in Tilburg and orchestral conducting with Ed Spanjaard in Amsterdam. For choral conducting and composition (cum laude), he both received a Master of Arts. Furthermore, he participated master classes with Alfred Reed, Menachim Breuer and Romain Bischoff whom he assisted at the Dutch Vocal Laboratorium. (Bron: Encyclopedie van Zeeland)
